Terms of service
Last updated November 4, 2026
ModelForge (modelforge.glenrhodes.com and 3dmodelforge.app) is run by Tiny Moosh Games Inc., Ontario, Canada. By making an account or buying credits you agree to these terms.
The service
You describe a 3D model (with optional reference images). An AI system builds it in Blender, bakes textures and gives you the files. Results are AI-generated: they can contain mistakes, and how closely a model matches your description or references is not guaranteed.
Credits and payment
- One credit builds one model or one revision of a finished model.
- Credits are sold in packs through Stripe, priced in US dollars. Sales tax may be added at checkout.
- If a model fails to build, its credit is returned automatically.
- Credits don't expire, have no cash value, and can't be transferred to another account.
- Refunds follow the refund policy.
Your content and the models
- You must have the right to use anything you upload or describe (reference images, logos, characters, trademarks). Don't ask for models of things you don't have the rights to.
- Tiny Moosh Games Inc. claims no ownership of the models made for you. You may use them in personal and commercial projects, including games and asset stores. In some places AI-generated work can't be protected by copyright, so others may be able to make similar models.
- Asset stores such as Fab and Sketchfab require you to label AI-generated models when you sell them. That labelling is your responsibility.
- Your models are private to your account unless you choose to share one in the homepage gallery (the button on the model's page). You can stop sharing it at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use ModelForge to make anything illegal, to infringe others' rights, to try to break or overload the service, or to get around its limits. Accounts that do may be suspended, and unused credits refunded.
API and MCP
API keys act as your account and spend your credits. Keep them secret and revoke any that leak.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. It may be unavailable or change at times. To the extent the law allows, Tiny Moosh Games Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid for credits in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
These terms may change; the date above shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
