Last updated November 4, 2026
ModelForge is run by Tiny Moosh Games Inc., Ontario, Canada, which is responsible for your personal information under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA). Contact: [email protected].
What is collected
- Account: your email address, an optional name, and a hashed password (the password itself is never stored).
- What you make: your model descriptions, reference images, chat messages to the modeller, and the models, renders and logs it produces.
- Purchases: which pack you bought, when, and the amount. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by ModelForge.
- Technical: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
How it's used
To run your account, build your models, process payments, prevent abuse, and answer you when you get in touch. It isn't sold, and it isn't used to train AI models.
Service providers
These companies process data on ModelForge's behalf, some of them outside Canada (mainly in the United States):
- Amazon Web Services: hosting, the database, and file storage for your models and images.
- Anthropic: the AI (Claude) that builds your model receives your description, reference images and messages.
- OpenAI: generates surface textures from parts of your description and crops of your reference images.
- Stripe: payments.
- Cloudflare: DNS and network protection.
- Google Fonts: the site's typefaces (your browser requests them from Google).
Anthropic and OpenAI don't use data sent through their business APIs to train their models.
Keeping and deleting
Your account and models are kept until you ask for them to be deleted. Email [email protected] from your account's address to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account, models and images deleted. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
